Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your Quick Date party, please send us an e-mail at speeddatingcanada.com Title your e-mail "Cancellation" and in the body of the e-mail, give us your first and last name and specify what event you booked. We require 5 days notice for the cancellation minus $5 administration fee. Cancellations with less than the required notice or no-shows will be charged in full.We are unfortunately unable to give you a refund if:
- you do not cancel five business days prior to the event.
- you do not make it out to the party.
- you are late that the event itself has well past started.
Event Cancellation/Postponement
We recognize that our guests look forward to attending our events and that postponing an event can be extremely frustrating. Please be assured that we make every effort to ensure that all events proceed as planned and only cancel an event when we are confident that the experience for our guests would not be up to the normal high standard. Speed dating relies on there being an equal number of men and women and if there is a significant difference in the number of men and women, or there just aren't enough people overall then we prefer to choose the lesser of 2 evils and postpone the event.

Quick Date takes no responsibility for the activities neither of participants at events, nor of participants at consequential meetings. Quick Date takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property. You agree not to initiate any claim against Quick Date resulting from either social or dating activities and agree to hold Quick Date free from any liability.
Quick Date also reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual who has not conducted themselves in a proper manner or who we have received complaints about during an event.
Quick Date reserves the right to alter any aspect of its services, including but not limited to pricing, at any time without notice.
Photographs at Events
Quick Date sometimes takes photographs for publicity purposes. These images may appear in our printed publications, member newsletters and on our website. By registering to an event you provide permission to Quick Date to use your image(s) taken at events in publicity material (newsletter, web page, powerpoints, etc). NAMES WILL NOT BE USED.
